1. No Returns After 7 Days of Delivery: All sales are final after seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. We regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any reason beyond this 7-day window. This policy is strictly enforced to uphold the quality and freshness of our products, as fragrances are sensitive to environmental factors and handling.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Within 7 Days): Returns are only accepted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and strictly under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is found to be defective upon opening, please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within the 7-day period.

3. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, unless proven damaged or defective upon arrival as per point 2:

  • Opened or Used Fragrances: Once a fragrance bottle has been opened, sprayed, or the original cellophane/packaging has been removed or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for return. This includes items where the seal is broken.

  • Decants or Sample Sizes: All sales of decants and sample sizes are final.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotional or Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless proven damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Return Process for Eligible Items: If your item meets the eligibility criteria for a return (damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery), please follow these steps:
